Dorothy Hansberry-Bieguńska
is a specialist in litigation and competition law at Hansberry Tomkiel. She was a senior litigator in the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and has advised several competition authorities in Central Europe. Dorothy has brought her experience to defending clients in cartel matters and has worked on cases involving private damages (on behalf of both the plaintiff and the defence), bid rigging, vertical restraints, abuse of dominance, horizontal agreements, and mergers. For the past three years, Dorothy has been the chair of and a speaker at Informa’s “Private Enforcement of Competition Law” conferences in Brussels. She also serves on the Polish-US Fulbright Commission’s board of directors.
