About Małgorzata Krasnodębska-Tomkiel
Małgorzata Krasnodębska-Tomkiel
is a Polish solicitor and a doctor of legal sciences. She worked at the Polish Competition Authority for 16 years, serving as chairperson from 2008–14, where her duties included the protection and enforcement of EU and Polish competition law. Ms Krasnodębska-Tomkiel is internationally recognised by senior competition officials and private practitioners as a leading figure in competition enforcement. Her knowledge of and experience with the policies, practices and strategies of Polish and foreign competition authorities puts her in a position to represent companies and their executives in national and international cartel investigations and litigation. Ms Krasnodębska-Tomkiel teaches Polish and EU competition law at the Polish Academy of Sciences and Warsaw School of Economics.
