About Renan M. Facchinatto

Renan M. Facchinatto is a PPP Professional certified by APMG International/the World Bank (CP3P F-P-E). He is an acredited CP3P-foundation trainer, and has a master’s degree in Administrative Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He specialises in Infrastructure Law, having graduated from the Law School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He is a member of the Brazilian Institute for Legal Studies in Infrastructure and the Brazilian Institute for Business Law and Ethics, and is a founding member of the Brazilian Institute for Studies in Administrative Penalty Law.
