About Charles Agee

Charles Agee is a seasoned litigation finance executive with extensive expertise in the financial, legal and operational aspects of the industry. Before founding Westfleet Advisors in 2013, he spent 15 years as a capital provider, overseeing over 1,000 complex litigation finance transactions. He co-founded one of the first litigation finance companies in 1998, partnering with a hedge fund to build diverse litigation finance portfolios while ensuring compliance with legal ethics across the US. Recognising the need for transparency, he launched Westfleet to help lawyers and clients navigate the market efficiently. Charles is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate in Economics from Rhodes College.
