Wendie Childress is an experienced commercial trial lawyer and litigation funder, with a vast network across the US legal and funding markets. She works closely with clients and counsel to evaluate litigation finance opportunities and guide them through the process for optimal outcomes. Before joining Westfleet in 2023, Wendie worked with pioneers at Validity Finance and spent over a decade at boutique trial firm Yetter Coleman, successfully representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes. She is a University of Texas Honors graduate with a JD, and is active in several legal organisations.
