Michel Ata is an associate in Meysan’s Beirut office with more than seven years’ experience in corporate and commercial law. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution, with a strong track record advising on multi-jurisdictional deals across the MENA region, particularly in Kuwait. Michel acts for clients in sectors as varied as construction, real estate, F&B, and logistics, guiding them through transactional due diligence, regulatory compliance, and corporate-governance issues. A member of the Beirut Bar Association, he has also passed the SQE 1 examination for admission in England and Wales.
