Lisa Antman is a partner at Wigge & Partners and head of the banking and finance department. As a leading lawyer in her field, Lisa regularly advises clients in Swedish and international finance transactions, including acquisition financing, real estate financing, project finance, asset financing, structured financing, export financing, debt capital transactions and securitisations. Her practice also includes advising on derivative transactions, regulatory matters within the banking and finance sector, financial restructurings and pre-insolvency workouts. Lisa is a qualified advokat (Sweden) and a qualified solicitor (England & Wales). Lisa is also an officer of the Banking Law Committee, International Bar Association.
