About Jamie Carroll

Jamie Carroll was formerly with King & Spalding, where he served as an equity partner. He practised there for 20 years before co-founding Carroll & Weiss. He has appeared as lead counsel in more than 35 states in individual, mass, and class action cases. He currently serves as national product liability and toxic tort counsel for numerous companies. Jamie graduated from Princeton University before serving on active duty for four years as a Captain in the U.S. Army. While on active duty, he earned a Master’s degree before obtaining his Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania after leaving the service.
