About Michael Weiss

Michael Weiss focuses his practice on product liability defence and complex commercial litigation. Before becoming a lawyer, Mike worked as a crime and courts reporter for the Atlanta Journal Constitution. He attended law school at Emory University as a Woodruff Fellow before joining King & Spalding’s tort litigation team in 2003. He formed Carroll & Weiss in 2011. Aside from his primary work in product liability defence and other litigation, he won the Judge Clarence F. Seeliger Local Justice Award for his efforts to obtain legal status for a survivor of human sex trafficking. He also teaches a course on discovery as an adjunct professor at Emory University.
