Abhay Agarwal is a principal associate in the finance practice at JSA and has been practising law since 2015. His primary areas of focus are domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He regularly advises Indian and multinational banks and financial institutions in relation to project finance, corporate finance, cross-border finance, debt restructuring and debt capital market issuances. Abhay was admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in India.
