About Megha Upadhyaya

Megha Upadhyaya is of counsel in the finance practice at JSA. She advises various Indian and international banks, NBFCs, credit funds, foreign portfolio investors and Indian borrowers. Her practice focuses on all types of debt transactions, including acquisition finance, cross-border finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring. She also advises on security enforcement and foreign investment laws of India. Megha is a dual qualified attorney and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and the New York State Bar. She has been practising law since 2014.
