Vivek Chandy is joint managing partner of JSA and specialises in real estate, having acted on some of the largest transactions in the sector. He is qualified to advise on international commercial arbitrations and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Vivek has worked extensively in the e-commerce, healthcare, software and services sectors, advising on a wide range of issues, from acquisitions to structuring. His clients include listed real estate investment trusts, sovereign wealth funds, offshore and private equity funds, developers and tenants in large commercial leases.
