About Nicolas Béguin

Nicolas Béguin is a partner at Aegis. He advises and represents clients in banking, financial markets and corporate law matters, including M&A, and also acts as counsel in banking and corporate disputes. He is a member of the board of directors of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF Europe), and a member of the Geneva Bar Examination Commission, the Geneva Bar Civil Law Commission and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA). He also lectures at the CAS – Compliance in Financial Services.
