About Katia Hernández
Katia Hernández
is an associate at Asali and is involved in complex litigation and international arbitration matters, with a particular focus on the construction, maritime and corporate sectors. She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and pursued further studies at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris. She previously worked at a leading competition law firm, handling high-profile cases before Mexican antitrust and constitutional authorities. Katia has also published articles on constitutional law and is an active member of the pro bono legal office of the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México.
