About Jesús Figueroa

Jesús Figueroa joined Asali in 2023 and specialises in civil, commercial and constitutional dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in complex litigation and arbitration across sectors including real estate, maritime, insurance, construction and waste management. Recent matters include representing a company in a dispute with a public trust over a major sports complex and advising a client on a high-value insurance claim. Jesús also represents journalists in cases involving property rights and freedom of speech. He earned his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where he served as a research assistant in constitutional law.
