About Jacqueline Bart

Jacqueline Bart is a certified immigration specialist and the managing partner at BARTLAW LLP. She has over 30 years’ experience in Canadian immigration law and has held numerous prestigious executive positions at national and international bar associations. She has also chaired and/or presented on Canadian immigration law at the WTO, IBA, UIA, IPBA, CBA, OBA, ABA, AILA, the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals, the International Association of Young Lawyers and the Worldwide Relocation Council, among others. She is also the author, co-author and/or editor-in-chief of over 25 immigration law books, including the 3,000 plus-page quarterly updated Canada/US Relocation Manual: Immigration, Employment, Customs and Taxation.
