About Oliver Mao

Oliver Mao is a senior associate at BARTLAW LLP. His practice currently focuses on temporary residence applications for corporate clients and individuals, with a special focus on Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), Global Talent Stream applications, LMIA-required and LMIA-exempt work permit applications in all categories, and business visitor applications. Oliver has been a member of the Executive of the Immigration Section of the Canadian Bar Association since 2021. He is presently serving as Portal Co-ordinator for the Immigration Section of the CBA, where he is a direct liaison between the Bar and the Canadian government.
