About Gary S. Gill

Gary S. Gill is a partner at Sangra Moller focusing on securities, corporate finance and commercial law. He advises on IPOs, RTOs, M&A, joint ventures, and equity and debt financings, including significant domestic, cross-border and international transactions for clients listed on the TSX, TSXV, CBOE Canada, CSE and NASDAQ. He assists clients on contested matters, including proxy contests and takeover bids, and advises boards on governance, regulatory compliance and fiduciary responsibilities. Gary has lectured and served as an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005.
