About Ignacio Temiño

Ignacio Temiño is a partner at Abril Abogados. He obtained a law degree (1995) and a PhD in Law (2015) from the University of Valladolid, a business law degree from the University of Linz (Austria), and a degree in Computer Law from the University UNED. Ignacio was admitted to the Madrid Bar in 1999. He is the official patent and trade mark attorney, and authorised representative acting before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the EUIPO in Alicante. Ignacio was previously adjunct professor of Mercantile Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (2001-2005), and is currently professor of Civil Law at the University of Comillas (ICADE). He has extensive experience in intellectual property law and media and advertising law.
