is a senior associate and head of the firm’s corporate department. He has been practising law since 2005 and specialises in all types of commercial and corporate work, including company incorporation, corporate governance, energy and telecoms, IP rights and other legal fields. He holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of Jordan. His most recent IP work relates to the registration of a trade mark for a leading Jordanian healthcare IT company and its registration in another MENA country. Ahmed is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and advises clients in Arabic and English language.
