About Khalid Mousa

Khalid Mousa is an associate with a focus on general litigation work, dispute resolution and IP. He has been practising law since 2013 after studying law at the University of Jordan, from which he also obtained an LLM in intellectual property law. He is active in litigation at all levels of Jordanian courts, construction claims, arbitration, claims of trade mark infringement and copyright infringement of unauthorised reproduction. His most recent IP work involved providing advice and evaluation on an alleged trade mark infringement and on the conditions to be observed in a franchise contract. Khalid is a member of the Jordan Bar Association.
