About Hasan Liswi

Hasan Liswi is a junior associate at Hammouri & Partners and is a member of the firm’s corporate department. His expertise includes advising on companies’ law and intellectual property law, as well as corporate mandates for regulatory work and pre-litigation stages. He joined the firm in 2022 as a trainee lawyer. After completing his legal training in 2025, he was promoted to junior associate. His areas of expertise include corporate law, international private law, civil law, employment law and contract drafting and review. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Jordan and is a member of the Jordan Bar Association.
