About Omar Abu Ayyash

Omar Abu Ayyash is an associate, and head of Hammouri & Partners’ SMEs and start-ups desk. He has been practising law for over eight years, with a focus on commercial and corporate work, SMEs, contract drafting and reviewing, M&A, and other legal fields. His most recent M&A work relates to a major acquisition deal representing the seller – one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the MENA region – in a buy-out from a Fortune 500 company. Omar is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and advises clients in Arabic and English.
