He has been practising law since 2005 after studying law at the Al al-Bayt University in Jordan. Omar routinely advises on all types of litigation work, arbitration, as well as FIDIC arbitration and complex construction cases. His most recent high-value case involved a construction dispute in Jordan against a large international construction company. Omar is a member of the Jordan Bar Association. His most recent IP rights work relates to advising a major Jordanian company on a breach of confidentiality by an employee.
