About Rawan Alameddin

Rawan Alameddin is an associate and a member of Hammouri & Partners’ corporate department. She has been practising law since 2010. Rawan specialises in all types of commercial and corporate work, including company incorporation, corporate governance, M&A, IP rights and other legal fields. She is a registered insolvency practitioner, and her most recent M&A work relates to an acquisition exercise for a leading green energy company in Jordan. Rawan is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and advises clients in Arabic and English.
