About Hayk Hovhannisyan

Hayk Hovhannisyan specialises in complex matters and set-ups for HAP clients, usually involving cross-border disputes and transnational businesses. An ex-member of the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia (SJC), he was elected in 2018 by the Armenian National Assembly as a prominent lawyer and scientist to assist with functions and responsibilities in leading and supervising e-justice reform and development of the judiciary’s international relations. With over 25 years of multi-jurisdictional experience and a PhD in jurisprudence, Hayk is one of the best-known transactional lawyers and international arbitration scholars and practitioners in Armenia.
