About Tachat Voskanyan

Tachat Voskanyan specialises in bankruptcy law, the civil domain of legal reform projects, and legal analysis of complex disputes and set-ups. E-justice and legaltech are also within Tachat’s particular circle of interest and research. Before joining HAP, Tachat worked at the Central Apparatus of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) as a lawyer, then as an assistant to members of the council.
