About Federico Martens

Federico Martens is a founding partner and head of the disputes practice at MARTENS. He advises and represents clients in public and administrative law disputes, commercial litigation and arbitration. His public law experience includes constitutional litigation, amparo proceedings, administrative nullity trials and judicial review of regulatory and governmental action. He is particularly active in disputes arising in regulated sectors, including energy, infrastructure and financial services. Federico has longstanding experience acting for domestic and international clients in sophisticated contentious matters. He is Chair of ANADE’s Rule of Law Commission and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
