Valeria Pérez Barajas
is an associate at MARTENS, where she focuses on administrative and constitutional litigation. She represents domestic and international clients, particularly in amparo proceedings and disputes involving public procurement, energy, and fintech. She previously served as a law clerk at Mexico’s Supreme Court, where she contributed to the drafting and deliberation of cases of significance to Mexican jurisprudence. Her practice incorporates an integrated human rights perspective into litigation strategy. Valeria is also active in academia, having served as an adjunct professor of administrative procedural law at UNAM and having coached award-winning moot court teams.
