Beste Güneş Tımaç graduated with honors from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and completed a minor in BA/Finance. She also holds an LLM degree in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University. Beste is a member of the TMT practice and focuses on data protection, e-commerce, Internet, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and domain name disputes. She advises national and multinational clients on complex regulatory matters, compliance projects, commercial contracts, digital platform regulations, emerging technologies, data governance, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
