About N. Engin Sokullu

N. Engin Sokullu joined Özay Law Firm in 2015 and has long served as head of the firm’s Employment Law department, advising domestic and international clients primarily on employment and social security law. He has extensive experience in employment-related disputes and collective bargaining negotiations. Engin obtained his LL.M. in Private Law from Marmara University, completing his thesis on “Material Change in Working Conditions”. With a strong emphasis on preventive law, he develops solutions that protect clients’ legal interests while supporting their commercial objectives. He also delivers tailored employment law training programmes for clients and various organisations. Engin is a certified expert and mediator.
