About Öykü İncekara

Öykü İncekara graduated as the valedictorian of Başkent University Faculty of Law and joined Özay Law Firm in 2024. Her practice focuses on competition law, corporate law, commercial law and contract law. Öykü advises both domestic and international clients on the drafting, negotiation and revision of various commercial agreements, and is involved in M&A transactions at different stages. She also provides day-to-day legal support to clients operating in diverse sectors, assisting with corporate governance matters, contract management, and general compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
