Carolina Furlani Adriano is a junior associate at Madrona Fialho Advogados focused on antitrust and competition matters, including the representation of domestic and foreign clients in notifications of mergers and acquisitions involving the most diverse sectors of the economy. She also has participated in negotiations of leniency and settlement agreements of cartel cases before CADE. She is part of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section and of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption, and International Trade Studies (IBRAC).
