Julia Haddad Niemeyer is a senior associate at Madrona Fialho Advogados specialized in antitrust and competition matters. She has significant experience in representing foreign and domestic clients in antitrust investigations before CADE, including negotiations of leniency and settlement agreements in major cartel investigations. She also has solid experience in handling merger review proceedings before CADE and in negotiations of merger control agreements.
