About Luis Nagalli

Luis Nagalli is a partner at Madrona Fialho and the head of the firm’s antitrust practice. He has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic clients in submissions of transactions involving the most diverse industries. He also has substantial experience in conducting negotiations for leniency agreements and settlements of cartel cases before CADE and the Federal Controller General. He holds an LL.M. from NYU in Competition and Information Law, and worked as an associate at a prestigious law firm in the United States, where he gained significant experience coordinating notifications across multiple jurisdictions and with the US FTC and the US DOJ.
