About Aurelien Djengue

Aurelien Djengue is an attorney-at-law, and partner at D. Moukouri & Partners. His key practice areas are corporate governance, commercial litigation, trade-mark litigation, and international arbitration. He specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. Aurelien has extensive experience in banking, securities, mergers and restructuring. He regularly provides clients with strategic advice on the execution of public procurement contracts and structuring projects, on tax issues and administrative law issues. He is known for his industry-specific knowledge and his expertise in litigation before state courts, including the Supreme Court of Cameroon and litigation before the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration. Aurelien handles domestic and international arbitration proceedings and has acted as counsel in proceedings before the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution. He also provides specific advice on corporate governance, leasing, credit and regulatory matters, consumer protection and related issues. Aurelien is a member of the African Intellectual Property Organisation (OAPI), a certified World Bank Doing Business Consultant and a representative of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) in Cameroon.
