About Danielle Moukouri Djengue

Danielle Moukouri Djengue is an attorney-at-law, and managing partner at D. Moukouri & Partners. She specialises in corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, competition and intellectual property, and trade-mark litigation. Danielle has acted as leading counsel in a wide range of corporate and commercial briefs in the leading law firms she worked with in Cameroon, in Nigeria and in South Africa. She specialises in OHADA Corporate law and represents clients in OHADA-related litigation within Africa and in international arbitration proceedings. Danielle has undergone professional training in trade-mark filing procedures, opposition to trade-mark registration, cancellation of trade-mark registration and trade mark and patent litigation under the auspices of the African Intellectual Property Organisation (OAPI) and of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO); she is an accredited member of both of the aforesaid organisations. Danielle is a World Bank Doing Business consultant and a lecturer at the University of Abomey-Calavi in the Benin Republic.
