About Carlos Fernando Portilla Robertson

Carlos Fernando Portilla Robertson is a founder and an active partner of Portilla, Ruy-Diaz y Aguilar who had previously worked at one of the largest firms in Mexico. Carlos has been involved in the gaming industry since 2010 and is a member and/or legal adviser of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers, International Masters of Gaming Law, the Mexican Gaming Industry Association and the Mexican Bar Association. He is also a member of the board of directors of ICC Mexico. He has been a legal consultant for numerous operators, permit holders, casino operators and suppliers to the gaming industry, and he is the author of various legal works on gaming law in Mexico.
