About Carlos Fernando Portilla Robertson

Carlos Fernando Portilla Robertson is a founder and partner of Portilla, Ruy-Diaz y Aguilar with great experience in litigation, international and domestic arbitration and bankruptcy, serving as a member and advisor for arbitration centres such as the ICC, CAM and CANACO. In 2008, he started working with the gaming industry. Carlos is a member and legal adviser of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and the largest Mexican gaming industry association (AIEJA). He has been guest speaker for associations, universities, governments and entities linked to gambling and is a legal consultant for gaming and casino operators, permit holders and suppliers, authoring various works on Mexican gaming law.
