About María Gracia Rubio de Casas

María Gracia Rubio de Casas joined the ALEDRA LEGAL financial services team as of counsel in 2023. María Gracia has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, as a lawyer and independent board member. She started her career in the Spanish financial services and as markets supervisor, CNMV, and headed the Spanish financial services practice of Baker & McKenzie for over 15 years. Her practice focuses on financial regulation. She has been advising fintech firms alongside more traditional financial services providers since 2015. Since joining ALEDRA LEGAL, María Gracia has advised firm clients including crowdfunding platforms, financial advisers and providers of DLT-based services.
