Konrad Frąckowiak is a counsel in PwC Legal. He specialises in AML, outsourcing, and capital markets law. Konrad has experience in regulatory advisory for financial institutions and entities related to the financial market. He has advised numerous entities on the implementation of the revised Payment Services Directive, AML IV–V regulations, as well as recommendations and guidelines published by the Financial Action Task Force, the European Securities and Markets Authority, and the European Banking Authority, including in the fields of capital markets, AML, ESG, and outsourcing. Konrad has gained extensive knowledge and professional experience in the area of EU single-market law.
