is a counsel at PwC Legal, where he specialises in payment services law, banking law, and capital markets law. Łukasz provides regulatory advice to financial institutions and entities related to the financial market. He has experience in projects concerning the implementation of Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II), the Act on Payment Services, licensing proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and the outsourcing of banking activities. Łukasz is a regulatory expert appointed by the Polish Bank Association and Chamber of Brokerage Houses to develop market guidelines for shaping the approach to ESG changes in sustainable finance (EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation), non-financial reporting (EU Taxonomy), and trading in financial instruments (MIFID II).
