About Patraporn Milindasuta

Patraporn Milindasuta has over 20 years' experience in capital markets, M&A and corporate governance. She has been involved in numerous significant domestic and international securities offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S of the US Securities Act and Thai securities law, including takeover transactions and the privatisation of state-owned enterprises in Thailand. Patraporn is well recognised in the capital markets industry, and actively advises listed companies on SEC and SET regulatory matters. She has contributed to securities law reforms and corporate governance developments, and serves on various committees, including the SEC’s Equity Offering and Takeover Regulation Committees and the Takeover Panel.
