Wimol Jatesadavanich has over 28 years' experience as a senior member of the SEC of Thailand, overseeing regulations and processes related to equity and equity-linked fundraising, takeovers, material and related party transactions, and financial and non-financial disclosure. She has been responsible for approving filings and prospectuses for securities offerings, reviewing corporate disclosures, providing interpretive assistance on SEC rules, and issuing legal and accounting comments to improve compliance. Wimol also has significant experience in drafting new rules, issuing guidance and revising existing regulations to enhance the efficiency of the capital markets.
