About Ajoy Roy

Ajoy Roy is a partner with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and has extensive experience in all spheres of dispute resolution as well as advisory work. Ajoy’s core areas are corporate, commercial and regulatory litigation, white-collar crime and internal investigations, domestic and international commercial arbitrations, and international trade remedies. He has led high-value and high-stake litigations involving telecoms, road and power projects; and shareholder, banking and securitisation, and tender-related disputes. As part of his international trade law portfolio, he has successfully represented national and international clients from a range of jurisdictions before the designated authorities and in appeals before the Supreme Court of India.
