Parth advises Indian and international clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and teaming arrangements, and acts for global defence majors on their entry into and expansion in India. His defence-sector work spans, inter alia, foreign direct investment regulations, the Defence Acquisition Procedure 2020, the Defence Procurement Manual 2025, and advisory regarding strategic partnerships and industrial licensing.
