Ana Luiza Tesser Arguello
has particular expertise in corporate law, contractual law, complex litigation and restructuring. Ms Arguello holds a master's degree and an LLB degree from the Law School of the University of São Paulo. She is also assistant professor at the University of São Paulo, teaching in the courses on corporate law and securities.
