His areas of expertise include corporate law, restructuring and complex litigation matters (both judicial litigation and arbitrations), with a particular emphasis on corporate disputes. Mr Munhoz is also a professor at the Law School of the University of São Paulo, where he currently teaches securities regulation and corporate law. He has authored the following books: “Acquisition of Corporate Control” and “The Contemporary Enterprise and Corporate Law: Corporate Control and Group of Entities”. Mr Munhoz has also published numerous articles in the fields of corporate law, restructuring and litigation. He holds an LLB and a PhD degree from the Law School of the University of São Paulo.
