About Anuradha Mukherjee

Anuradha Mukherjee is a partner in Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ dispute resolution practice. She has extensive experience in advising, strategising and undertaking a variety of civil and commercial litigation and arbitrations for both Indian and foreign clients. In 30 years of practice, she has been actively engaged in a range of commercial and infrastructure arbitrations. She has also defended and initiated arbitration-related proceedings before the courts, including the appointment of arbitrator(s), petitions for interim relief and proceedings relating to the enforcement of awards. Anuradha also has substantial experience in civil litigation at trial and appellate stages across various courts and tribunals in India.
