Bharath Reddy is a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and has over 16 years’ experience. He primarily works on compensation and benefits, matters that have corporate and employment elements, and general advisory matters. Bharath is recognised as an expert in the field of share-based employee benefits, sought out by clients for his advice on designing and instituting employee stock option schemes, employee share purchase schemes, restricted stock unit schemes and phantom stock schemes. He has authored many articles and conducted many conferences on ESOPs for institutions such as the Confederation of Indian Industry. Bharath is a member of the Bar Council of Karnataka.
